Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

Thank you for shopping at LED-Profile24. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the statutory period.

Right of Withdrawal

• Withdrawal period: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Start of the withdrawal period: The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

Declaration of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement. Please send an email or letter with the following information:

1. Your name and address

2. Your order number and purchase date

3. The items you wish to withdraw

4. A statement declaring that you are withdrawing from the purchase contract

You may use our sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

Return of goods

• Return period: You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

• Return shipping costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are damaged or defective.

Conditions for reimbursement

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
